The selected fruit from the Selian vineyards undergoes cold fermentation to produce a sophisticated fruit driven wine like raspberry and cranberry sauce while the oak fermentation has created an elegant wine abundant with subtle warm characters such as sandalwood and baking spices.

Coming from a rigorous selection of the best vineyards of “Domaine Neferis”. Hand picking, destemming, cold initial fermentation, crushing followed by maceration which gives the full expression of Carignan grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at 24 °C followed by aging in oak barrels for 18 months.
