Magnifique Blanc is a bright wine with golden reflections.  On the nose, this unique white brings together citrus and tropical fruit flavors with crisp acidity. A subtle mouth feels with a lot of elegance.

Fresh, crisp and well balanced with a good aromatic expression of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and jasmine. When served at 45°F to 55°F, Magnifique Blanc perfectly pairs with seafood, poultry, aged white cheeses, and deserts.

Magnifique Blanc, a uniquely Tunisian innovation is usually paired with seafood like grilled sea bass, garlic prawns, duck pate, Pissaladère, white meat like rotisserie chicken, duck confit, and stuffed game hens, as well as hard cheeses like parmigiano, grana Padano, cheddar and Emmental.

This delicate wine’s bright acidity also makes for a great companion of desserts like creme brulée, stuffed dates, baklava, and chocolate mousse.

Harvest of the grapes by hand picking. Each variety is individually harvested, gently crushed and cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and character and retain the juicy fruit aromas.

The Chardonnay is rich, and firm and The Muscat is wild and exotic they both give a glimpse to the Tunisian individuality.
