A parcel selection of our best Merlot and Syrah followed by manual picking with irreproachable grape maturity, the harvest is destemmed and crushed, a pre-fermented maceration is carried out to concentrate these aromas of grapefruit and red currant as much as possible, the vinification is slow around 15 days at 15 degrees, it is then aged in stainless steel vats for 1 year.
This wine is a pure moment of harmonious and ample indulgence on the palate.
